Directions

Recommended dosage (adults): At or before bedtime, dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue daily or as directed by a physician. Jet lag: Take while travelling and at destination until adapted to the new daily pattern. All uses: Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a physician for use beyond 4 weeks
