📦 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth and positive experience shopping with us. The following policy outlines our return, refund, and damaged-item procedures in accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements.


🔄 Return Eligibility

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is marked as delivered.

Eligible Items

  • Unopened and unused items
  • Items damaged or defective upon arrival

Ineligible Items

  • Opened or used items
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Final sale, clearance, and gift cards (unless defective)

📬 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us First
    Email info@rxclinic.ca with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
  2. Return Approval
    We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with approval status and instructions.
  3. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • A tracked shipping method is recommended.
    • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
  4. Return Address
    Send approved returns to:
    2 Talbot St S, Essex, ON N8M 1A7, Canada
    Do not send items back without prior approval.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refund Method & Timing

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the refund.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rxclinic.ca.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order once your refund is processed.


📭 Lost or Non-Delivered Shipments

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Contact us for investigation and resolution.
  • After carrier confirmation, we will provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
