📬 How to Start a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Return Approval
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with approval status and instructions. - Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- A tracked shipping method is recommended.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Do not send items back without prior approval.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Refund Method & Timing
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the refund.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order once your refund is processed.
📭 Lost or Non-Delivered Shipments
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Contact us for investigation and resolution.
- After carrier confirmation, we will provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
