🚚 Shipping Policy

At Talbot Street Pharmacy, we use trusted carriers (primarily Canada Post and UPS) to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and safely. This policy explains where we ship, how much it costs, and how long it takes.

🌎 Shipping Regions & Eligibility

Talbot Street Pharmacy is located in Essex, Ontario, Canada.

Delivery Areas

  • Prescription & Non-Prescription Medicines
    • Shipped only within Ontario, Canada in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
  • OTC & Non-Medication Products (e.g., health, wellness, personal care, accessories)
    • Shipped Canada-wide
    • Shipped to the United States for eligible products only (where permitted by law, carrier rules, and product restrictions).

We currently do not ship to countries outside Canada and the United States.

Some items (such as temperature-sensitive products, aerosols, or restricted health products) may not be eligible for US shipping.

💵 Shipping Costs

Canada

  • Shipping Rates
    Shipping costs within Canada are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Order weight
    • Destination
    • Selected shipping service
  • Free Shipping (Canada Only)
    • Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before tax) within Canada, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
    • Free shipping can not be combined with any other coupon or promo code
  • Additional Charges
    • Orders exceeding 4 kg may incur extra shipping charges, especially to remote or rural locations.
    • We generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is your only option, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

United States

  • Shipping to the USA
    • Shipping rates to the US are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected.
    • Free shipping offers do not apply to US orders, unless explicitly stated in a promotion.
  • Duties, Tariffs & Import Fees
    • All US orders may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and/or brokerage fees.
    • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
    • The carrier or customs authority may request payment of these fees before delivery.

🕒 Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be:

  • Verified
  • Assembled
  • Packed and handed over to the carrier

Some products may have specific processing or lead times, which will be noted on their product pages where applicable.

Important: Estimated delivery times start after your package leaves our shipping location in Essex, Ontario.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

Within Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

To the United States

  • Standard / Tracked Shipping to USA: Typically 5–12 business days
    (Transit time may vary based on state, customs clearance, and carrier.)

These delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Late Deliveries
    We cannot issue refunds solely for late deliveries caused by:
    • Carrier delays
    • Weather events
    • Customs processing
    • Other circumstances beyond our control
  • Undeliverable or Incorrect Address
    If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout:
    • A $15 re-shipping fee (or the actual re-shipping cost, if higher for US or remote locations) may apply.
    • Additional shipping charges may apply for US reshipments.
