Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients (in each gummy): Sennosides 8.6 mg (minimum 20% sennosides). Non-medicinal Ingredients: Cane sugar, citric acid, natural flavour (blackcurrant and raspberry), pectin, purified water, sodium citrate, sunflower oil, tapioca syrup

Directions

Chew gummies well before swallowing and follow with a glass of fluid or more. Bowel movement may take 6-12 hours. Adults and children 12 years and over, take 2-4 gummies at bedtime. Do not take more than 8 gummies in 24 hours. Children (6-11 years): Take 1-2 gummies at bedtime. Do not take more than 4 gummies in 24 hours. Store at 15-25°C.

Warnings and precautions

Warnings: As with all laxatives, do not take for more than a week without consulting your physician. Overuse or extended use may cause impairment of the bowel, dependence for bowel function, dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. Not to be used when allergic to ingredients, abdominal pain, griping (cramps or spasms), fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and/or rectal bleeding are present. Laxatives should not be taken within 2 hours of another medicine because the desired e ect of the other medicine may be reduced. Consult a physician before use if pregnant or breastfeeding, have a kidney disorder, fecal impaction, are taking heart medication, or any medication that may worsen electrolyte imbalance. KKnown adverse reactions: May cause harmless discolouration of urine, feces and breast milk (this may interfere with interpretation of lab results), reversible pigmentation of the colon and abdominal pain. Uncommon adverse reactions (<1% incidence): anaphylactic reaction, anaphylactoid reaction, breast milk discolouration, chromaturia, feces discoloured, nausea, rash erythematous, rash maculo-papular, perianal irritation, rectal hemorrhage, urticaria and vomiting. Adverse reactions of unknown frequency: diarrhea, hypersensitivity and pruritus. Keep out of the reach of children.
