Directions

Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1 spray two to six times a day. Apply 2 times a day (morning and evening) to help keep the sinuses healthy or 4 to 6 times a day when cold or allergy symptoms are present. This product may not be suitable for you. Always read the labels and follow the directions for use. Adults and adolescents 12 years and older, recommended use: apply the Salinex daily care nasal spray 2 times a day (morning and evening) to help maintain healthy sinuses by removing excess mucus. Apply the Salinex daily care nasal spray 4 to 6 times a day when cold or allergy symptoms are present. This product may not be suitable for you. Warnings and precautions

Consult a health care practitioner if: symptoms persist or worsen, there is no improvement after blowing your nose, the secretions are always thick and yellowish or greenish, there are other symptoms (fever or ear infection). Do not use the same bottle for more than one person. Do not administer when the child's head is tilted back so that the liquid does not flow. Do not put in the throat. Do not completely block or obstruct the nasal passage during use to avoid pressure in the nose or ears. Do not use if the nose or ears are completely blocked or in case of ear infections. Do not swallow. Known side reactions: tingling sensation if the mucous membranes are very irritated. In case of discomfort, stop using the product and consult a health professional.
