Directions

Directions: Adults: Place tablet under tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. Take 1 tablet once a day, at or before bedtime. Jet lag: Take 1 tablet once a day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/daily pattern. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks
