Directions

Take daily with or without food. Ages 4 – 9: one gummy daily Ages 10 – 18: one to four gummies daily* Adults: one to four gummies daily* All ages: Avoid exceeding the recommended dose by age; a laxative effect may result from excessive intake. *Start at the lower end of the dose by age. Avoid taking the full daily dose at one time; space intake throughout day. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children under 4 years of age due to risk of choking
