AS YOUR BODY ADJUSTS TO INCREASED FIBRE INTAKE, GRADUALLY INCREASE TO 3 SERVINGS PER DAY. GENERALLY TAKES EFFECT IN 12-72 HOURS. ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 12: ONE ROUNDED TEASPOON (5.8 g) OR THREE LEVEL TEASPOONS (5.8 g) IN 240 mL (8 OZ) LIQUID UP TO 3 TIMES DAILY. CHILDREN (6-12 YEARS): ½ THE ADULT SERVING (2.9 g) IN 240 mL LIQUID UP TO 3 TIMES DAILY
