Directions

Adults: Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth, after a meal. Take at the first sign of a cold, flu or a dry or sore throat, to a maximum of 5 lozenges daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 months. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children
