Each tablet Contains Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 62.5 mcg/2,500 IU Also Contains: Dextrose, cellulose, citric acid, vegetable stearic acid, natural orange flavours, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, sucralose. NO gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives
Directions
Adults: Chew 1 tablet daily. To be taken with an adequate intake of calcium. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months
