Ingredients

Magnesium 100 mg (oxide, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) Melatonin 3 mg Also Contains: Cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, riboflavin, silica, hydroxypropyl cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, ethyl vanillin. NO salt (NaCl), sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives

Directions

Adults take 1 tablet daily, at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 month

Warnings and precautions

Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 1 month (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if: you are taking steroids, blood thinners, or medications for seizures, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation; you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraines. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if allergic reaction occurs or if you experience headache, confusion or nausea.
