Glucosamine HCl 300 mg (derived from Shrimp and Crab exoskeleton), Chondroitin Sulfate 200 mg (Chondroitin sulfate sodium from bovine cartilage) Also Contains: Soybean oil, lecithin, yellow beeswax, gelatin, glycerin, natural caramel colour, titanium dioxide. NO starch, gluten, lactose, artificial flavours or preservatives
Directions
Adults: Take 2 softgels, 3 times daily with a meal. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children
