Elemental Calcium (Carbonate, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 333 mg Magnesium (Oxide/oxyde, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 167 mg Zinc (Gluconate) 17 mg Also contains: Purified magnesium silicate, water-soluble cellulose, modified cellulose gum, titanium dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, triethyl citrate, polysorbate 80, Brazilian palm tree wax. NO gluten, lactose, shellfish, artificial flavours or preservatives
Directions
Adults: Take 1-3 caplets daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15ºC and 25ºC, away from children
