Directions
Directions: this product generally produces a bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours. Take once or twice daily with a glass of water, preferably at bedtime. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 1 or 2 pills. Children 6 to 12 years: take 1 pill. Children under 6 years: consult a physician
