Directions

Shake well before use. Use the enclosed measuring cup. After each use, rinse the measuring cup with water and dry it. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Adolescents and Adults (12 years and over): Take 1 serving (2.5 mL), 3 times daily, 30 minutes before or after meals. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days

Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients - Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding - Do not exceed the recommended daily dose - Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms worsen, last longer than one week, or if new symptoms occur - Keep out of reach of children. - In case of overdose call a poison control centre or doctor. - Ivy extract may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and or/abdominal and epigastric pain in some people.
