Tylenol Extra Strength Cold Nighttime 20 tablets is a medication used to relieve cold symptoms such as fever, aches, pains, runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, and coughs, especially at night to help you sleep.

Active ingredients:

• Acetaminophen (500 mg): pain reliever and fever reducer
• Dextromethorphan (10 mg): cough suppressant
• Chlorpheniramine maleate (2 mg): antihistamine (for runny nose and sneezing)

Warnings:

• Do not take more than the recommended dosage.
• Do not take for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor.
• Liver warning: Acetaminophen may cause severe or fatal liver damage if you take more than 4 grams (8 tablets) in 24 hours.
• Drowsiness warning: This medication may cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol, driving, and operating machinery.
• Do not use with any other product containing acetaminophen, diphenhydramine, or an antihistamine.
