Tylenol Extra Strength Cold Day & Night 20 tablets

Active ingredients in Daytime tablets:

• Acetaminophen (500 mg): pain reliever and fever reducer
• Dextromethorphan (10 mg): cough suppressant
• Phenylephrine (5 mg): nasal decongestant

Active ingredients in Nighttime tablets:

• Acetaminophen (500 mg): pain reliever and fever reducer
• Dextromethorphan (10 mg): cough suppressant
• Chlorpheniramine maleate (2 mg): antihistamine (for runny nose and sneezing)

Warnings:

• Do not take more than the recommended dosage.
• Do not take for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor.
• Liver warning: Acetaminophen may cause severe or fatal liver damage if you take more than 4 grams (8 tablets) in 24 hours.
• Daytime tablets: Drowsiness warning: Avoid alcohol, driving, and operating machinery.
• Nighttime tablets: Drowsiness warning: This medication may cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol, driving, and operating machinery.
• Do not use with any other product containing acetaminophen, diphenhydramine, or an antihistamine (Nighttime) or phenylephrine (Daytime).

Before using Tylenol Extra Strength Cold Day & Night, talk to your doctor if you have:

• Liver disease
• High blood pressure (Daytime)
• Heart disease (Daytime)
• Diabetes (Daytime)
• Thyroid disease (Daytime)
• Trouble urinating
• Sleep apnea (Nighttime)
• Enlarged prostate (Nighttime)
• Glaucoma (Nighttime)
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding

Ask a doctor before use if you have:

• A cough that lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or persistent headache
• Chronic cough due to smoking, asthma, or emphysema
• Stomach upset (Daytime)
