Directions

• Adults 18 and over • Take 1-2 tablets after meals and at bedtime, as needed • Do not take more than 6 tablets in24 hours • Chew thoroughly before swallowing

Do not use within 2 hours of another medication because the effect of the other medication may be reduced/altered. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away
