Directions
Apply the brace to the foot over an athletic sock. Begin by lacing the eyelets to a comfortable tightness. Bring the inside strap forward across the top of the foot under the heel and attach the velcro end to the side of the brace. Repeat this step for the outside strap. Wrap elastic cuff closure over tied laces and velcro straps. Apply with proper tension to ensure circulation is not restricted. Fits shoe size Women's 8.5-10 & Mens 9.1-11
