Directions

Recommended Dose: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 230-300ml of water and consume once daily

Warnings and precautions

If you are on antibiotics take a minimum of 2-3 hours after medication. Not intended for use by persons under 18. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have a histroy of systematic lupus erythematosus or have an immuine compromised condition. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are on blood thiners, undergoing hormone replacement therapy or taking a birth control medication, if you have fever vomitting bloody diarrhea or sever abdominal pain. If the symptoms of digestive upset occur worsen or persist beyond three days discontinue use and consult a health care practioner. Hyper sensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur in rare cases in which case discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
