Ingredients: Medicinal Ingredients: Arnica Montana Extract 25% (Arnica montana flower), Methyl Salicylate 23% Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylatecrosspolymer, Butylatedhydroxyoluene, Cetyl alcohol, Calcium disodium EDTA, Dimethiconecopolyol phosphate, Glycerylstearate, Iron oxide brown, Fragrance, PEG-75 sterate, Polyethylene glycol 400, Potassium sorbate, Propylene glycol, Purified water, Titanium dioxide, Triethanolamine, Canillyl butyl ether, Zingiberofficinale (ginger) root extract

Directions

Adults and Children over 2 years: Apply thinly and evenly to cover the affected area and gently massage until completely absorbed, up to 3 to 4 times daily. For children (2 to 12 years old), application should be supervised by an adult. If condition persists for more than 7 days, worsens or recurs, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days

Warnings and precautions

For external use only. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not bandage after application and avoid external sources of heat, such as heating pads, as this may result in excessive irritation or skin burn. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately. If symptoms persist and/or worsen after 7 days or reoccur within a few days, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulant medication. Rashes and/or burning discomfort and hypersensitivity such as allergy have been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Aesteracea/Composiate/Daisy Family.
