Directions
Recommended Dose: Adults: Use 1/2 scoop 2 times per day 15 to 30 minutes before training. Mix or shake 1/2 scoop in 250 ml to 500 ml of ice-cold water. Adjust amount of liquid to suit taste. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. RECOMMENDED DURATION OF USE: Use for a minimum of 4 weeks. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks./
