Directions
Adults and children 12 years and older: Blow the nose prior to administering. Hold bottle upright with thumb under base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Before using for the first time, prime the pump by spraying several times into the air until a fine mist appears. With head tilted slightly backward, spray 2 times into each nostril. Breathe deeply. Keep and consult carton before each use
