Directions

Directions: Children 2–9 years: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL), once daily. Adolescents 10–13 years: Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL), once daily. Adults and adolescents 14 and over: Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL), 2 times daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month. Dosage cup included
