Directions

Children 3–9, chew 1 gummy per day. Children 10–13, chew 2 gummies per day. Adults and adolescents 14 and older chew 2 gummies, 2 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. For best results, use at first sign of symptoms and continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms cease. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days
