Ingredients

Melatonin 3 mg. Also Contains: Mannitol, cellulose, calcium silicate, crospovidone, natural flavour enhancer, vegetable magnesium stearate, sodium sulfate, silica, sucralose. NON-GMO. NO salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin

Warnings and precautions

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 1 month (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if: you are taking steroids, blood thinners, or medications for seizures, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state or increase sedation; you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar or migraines.Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 1 month (chronic insomnia). Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Stop use if allergic reaction occurs or if you experience headache, confusion or nausea.
