Elemental Calcium (Carbonate, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 333 mg Magnesium (Oxide, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 167 mg Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol/cholécalciférol) 5 mcg/200 IU Also contains: Water-soluble cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, modified cellulose gum, purified magnesium silicate, titanium dioxide, triethyl citrate, polysorbate 80, Brazilian palm tree wax. NO salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, shellfish, artificial flavours or preservatives
Directions
Adults: Take 1 to 3 caplets daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15ºC and 25ºC, away from children
