Directions

Adult Usage: Take one (1) capsule per day with water. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner

Warnings and precautions

If symptoms worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you are taking any other medications (including prescription medications) or natural health products, consult a health care practitioner prior to use, as black pepper/piperine or resveratrol may alter their effectiveness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea and vomiting; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience epigastric discomfort and dizziness; in which case, discontinue use.
