Directions

Directions for use (adults 19+) 1 per day: 1. Empty the contents of one packet (8.2 g) into 200 mL of fresh water. Allow the granules to dissolve. 2. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. 3. Discard unused solution after 6 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated
