Directions

Directions. Adults (18 years and older): Take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with food/meal at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antifungal medications. To help reduce the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea, take 2 capsules 2 times daily with food/meal at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antifungal medications. Can be taken at the same time as antibiotics
