Directions
Recommended dosage: For IBS, diarrhea, constipation, glycemic index (adults): 1 scoop (5 g), 1–2 times daily. For IBS, diarrhea (children 8 years and older): 1 scoop (5 g) daily. For constipation, glycemic index (children 12 years and older): 1 scoop (5 g) daily. Dissolve in 250 mL of liquid, or as directed by a physician. Mixing instructions: First put powder into a dry, empty glass, then add 250 mL of water or other liquid and stir briskly
