Directions

Recommended Dose & Duration of Use: Women (menopausal/post-menopausal): Take 1 caplet daily. Use for minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects

Warnings and precautions

Ensure you are up-to-date on mammograms and gynaecological evaluations prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a history of hormonal or gynaecological disease, including ovarian cancer, endometriosis, and/or uterine fibroids. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. abdominal pain, jaundice, dark urine). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including thyroid hormone replacement therapy. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness, or if you experience a recurrence of menstruation and/or uterine spotting. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking lithium. Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have an iron deficiency. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. Do not use if you currently have or previously had breast cancer and/or breast tumours or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur to caffeine, in which case, discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
