Directions

1. Using two hands, pull the sleeve onto your foot until it is aligned to the arch of your foot. 2. Position the cushion in the middle of the foot, between the ball of your foot and heel. 3. Stand up to determine if the position of the cushion is comfortable and adjust as needed. If you have diabetes, or compromised or sensitive skin, consult at doctor before use. This sleeve should provide compression, but not be so tight that it restricts circulation. If pain, numbness, discoloration, or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional
