Provides temporary relief from cold symptoms, including:
- Fever

- Stuffy nose
- Sinus congestion (may not be in all formulations) May not relieve runny nose or sneezing (depending on the specific product variation)
- Children 6-8 years old: 5 mL (1 teaspoon) every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 doses (20 mL) in 24 hours.
- Children 9-11 years old: 10 mL (2 teaspoons) every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 5 doses (50 mL) in 24 hours.
- Do not give to children under 6 years old.
