Buckley's Extra Strength Complete Day & Night 24 caplets is a package containing two different medications designed to provide relief from a variety of cold and flu symptoms throughout the day and night.

Daytime Caplets:

• Designed to relieve cold and flu symptoms during the day.

Nighttime Caplets:

• Designed to relieve cold and flu symptoms and help you sleep at night.

Active Ingredients:

Daytime Caplets (per caplet):

• Acetaminophen (500mg): pain reliever and fever reducer (higher dose than regular Daytime Complete)
• Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride (30mg): nasal decongestant
• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (15mg): cough suppressant

Nighttime Caplets (per caplet):

• Acetaminophen (500mg): pain reliever and fever reducer (higher dose than regular Daytime Complete)
• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (15mg): cough suppressant
• Doxylamine Succinate (6.25mg): antihistamine (for runny nose, sneezing and drowsiness)

• Liver warning: Acetaminophen in both Daytime and Nighttime caplets can cause severe or fatal liver damage if you take more than the recommended dose in 24 hours, with other drugs containing acetaminophen, while drinking 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day.
• Daytime capsules: Drowsiness warning: Avoid alcohol, driving, and operating machinery, as pseudoephedrine can cause drowsiness.
• Nighttime capsules: Drowsiness warning: This medication may cause drowsiness due to the antihistamine (doxylamine succinate). Avoid alcohol, driving, and operating machinery.
• Do not use with any other product containing acetaminophen, diphenhydramine, or an antihistamine (Nighttime) or phenylephrine (Daytime).
