  • Dextromethorphan HBr (15mg) - cough suppressant
  • Provides temporary relief from coughs at night, helping children sleep better.
  • Children 6-8 years old: 5 mL (1 teaspoon) every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 doses (20 mL) in 24 hours.
  • Children 9-11 years old: 10 mL (2 teaspoons) every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 doses (60 mL) in 24 hours.
  • Do not give to children under 6 years old.
  • Do not give more than the recommended dosage.
