Blood Sugar Testing in 4 simple steps1* 1. After washing and drying your hands, insert the CONTOUR®NEXT test strip in the CONTOUR®NEXT GEN meter. It will switch on. 2. Use the MICROLET®NEXT lancing device to create a drop of blood. 3. Apply blood to the test strip. If the first blood sample is not enough, a countdown screen shows that you have 60 seconds to apply more blood. 4. View your test result.
