Each tablet contains: Shark cartilage - 250mg, Giant Pacific Oyster (Crassostrea gigas, meat) - 50mg, Acerola (Malpaghia glabra)(fruit) supplying 30mg of Vitamin C – 120mg, Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) (extract 5.5:1) equivalent to 165mg of herb & supplying 2.1mg of silicon – 30mg Non medicinal ingredients: Fumed Silica, Glycerin, Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Maltodextrin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Modified Food Starch, Orange Flavour, Triacetin, Tricalcium Phospate
Directions
Dosage: Adults less than 80Kg (176 lbs): one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening before meals for 6 to 8 months. Thereafter, one tablet per day for 4 to 6 months. Adults more than 80Kg (176 lbs): one tablet 3 times a day, before meals for 6 to 8 months. Thereafter, one tablet per day for 4 to 6 months
