Directions

Adults take 2 capsules with breakfast and dinner or as directed by a health care practitioner. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks

Warnings and precautions

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you are breastfeeding; taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills; or if you have any type of acute infection. Consumption with alcohol, drugs or natural products with sedative properties is not recommended. Do not use if you are pregnant or have biopolar disorder/biopolar spectrum disorder. May cause irritability and insomnia, in which case, discontinue use.
