Directions
Recommended use: Mix 1 to 4 scoops‡ of HULK with 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water per scoop (ex. 4 scoops with 500 ml [or 2 cups]). Or you can use low-fat milk. HULK mixes easily in a shaker or a blender. For best mixing results, add liquid before powder. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise
