Directions
With your foot at a 90° angle, align the split area with the bottom of your heel. Remove the top backing section. Apply this top section to the ball of your foot. Be careful to keep the split area in position at the back bottom of your heel. Remove the middle backing section and apply.One at a time, remove the split backer sections and apply them by crossing the tabs around the back of your heel. Peel the backing away from the center. Leave just enough to hold onto at the ends. Starting at the bottom of the foot, apply the arch strip at the back of the arch, over the area of pain using moderate stretch. Wrap around to the top of the foot. The ends may overlap if needed. Wear up to 24 hours
