Ingredients

5-HTP (Griffonia simplicifolia, seed) 100 mg Also contains: Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, ethyl cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, ammonium hydroxide, sodium alginate, medium chain triglycerides, oleic acid, silica, modi?ed cellulose gum, vegetable stearic acid. NO starch, gluten, lactose, arti?cial colours or ?avours

Directions

Adults: Take 1 caplet 3 times daily with a meal. To help promote healthy mood balance, use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. To help relieve symptoms of fibromyalgia, use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 year. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children

Warnings and precautions

Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and drowsiness. Do not use if you have scleroderma. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity (including, but not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes.
