Directions
Adults: Chew 1 or 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours. Children 6 to 12 years: Chew 1/2 to 1 tablet every 6 to 8 hours as needed, up to maximum of 3 tablets in 24 hours. Take the first dose at least 1/2 hour and preferably 1 to 2 hours before departure
