Directions
Directions. Adults, Adolescents, and Children (9 years & older) : Take 1-2 capsules daily with food, a few hour hours before taking other medications or natural health products. In all cases, if you are on antifugual(s), take at leat 2-3 hours before or after. Can be taken at the same time as antibiotics
