Do not completely block or obstruct the nasal passage during use to avoid pressure in the nose or ears. Check that the nozzle is securely attached to the container. Tilt the head to one side, carefully insert the tip into the nostril and spray for two to three seconds. Repeat the process for the other nostril, tilting the head to the other side. Blow your nose. Clean the nozzle with lukewarm water after each use. For children (2 to 12 years old), the application must be supervised by an adult.
