Children 6-8 years of age, 48-59 lbs (22-26.9 kg): 2 tsp (10 mL). Children 9-10 years of age, 60-71 lbs (27-31.9 kg): 2-1\/2 tsp (12.5 mL). Children 11 years of age, 72-95 lbs (32-43.9 kg): 3 tsp (15 mL). Single dose may be repeated every six to eight hours as needed.
