Adults and children 2 years and older: Take 2-4 capsules, 1-3 times a day (max. of 12 capsules\/day). - To support intestinal health take 2-4 capsules daily. - To prevent the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea, treat symptoms of acute diarrhea, reduce risk of traveler’s diarrhea, take 4 capsules daily. - To reduce the risk of traveler’s diarrhea, start 5 days prior to the trip and continue through the entire duration. - For children 6 years and under, open the capsule and add the content to food or beverage.
